Headspace provides free, confidential support for young people going through a tough time. They can help with mental health, school stress, relationships, and general wellbeing.
Kids Helpline is a 24/7 phone and online counselling service for young people aged 5–25. You can talk to a counsellor about anything that’s on your mind, big or small.
Bullying. No Way! is a safe online space with advice and resources to help you understand, prevent, and respond to bullying.
ReachOut is an online mental health service for young people. It offers practical tools, peer stories, and tips for dealing with stress, anxiety, and everyday challenges.
The Black Dog Institute is a mental health research and support organisation. Their website has helpful facts, self-tests, and strategies for managing mood, stress, and mental illness.
Beyond Blue provides support for anyone experiencing anxiety, depression, or feeling down. You can call, chat online, or explore resources to help with your mental health.
